  7. The CMAS Plus Purchase Order Module automates the ordering and tracking of
  8. purchases. When ordering items, a purchase order can easily be created by
  9. indicating the specific items. It can then be printed and sent to the vendor. A
  10. single Purchase Order Record can contain orders for up to 200 jobs and
  11. locations. In addition, change orders can be created if there is a change to a
  12. purchase order that has already been sent out. A variety of reports are
  13. available in this module that show the status of all purchase orders including
  14. the costs incurred, budgeted, and committed.
